"Not quite as confident as I was"
I’ve ordered from Parsley Box a few times now and, to be fair, the deliveries have usually arrived when they said they would. It’s been handy having meals in the cupboard for busy days. That said, I’m starting to feel a bit less sure about them than I did at first, so I’ll probably keep an eye on how the next few orders go.

I reached out not expecting much, but they got back to me really fast, which helped a lot. I don’t think I was being impatient either, I just needed a quick answer so I could move forward, and they handled it well.

"Really handy for different diets"
I really like that Parsley Box has a good range of dietary options, especially the gluten-free and veggie meals. It makes ordering for my mum so much easier. Not every meal has tons of info, so I do still double-check things, but overall it’s really handy and there’s a decent choice.

I was actually a bit surprised by how decent the prices are for what you get. The meals are easy, they taste nice, and, you know, they help me avoid wasting food. Overall, really good value for money and I’ll definitely order again.

"A bit small for the price"
The food was alright, but the portions felt small for what you pay. I don’t even have a massive appetite, and I was still hungry after one meal. I mean, they’re not terrible or anything, and they’re definitely handy to keep in the cupboard. I just wish they were a bit more filling.

"Order was right, no fuss"
I gave 4 stars because my Parsley Box order turned up exactly as I’d chosen it online. Nothing was missing and all the meals were the right ones, which was basically what I was hoping for. Delivery was a little slower than I expected, though not enough to really put me off or anything. I’d probably order again, especially since the main thing was all correct...

"Handy when I’m trying to free up fridge space"
I got these mostly because I was feeling a bit pressured to make more room in the fridge, and they’ve been really handy. I can just keep them in the cupboard, stack them easily, and have a few ready for busy days. Not every meal is one I’d rush to buy again, but for storage and convenience, they’ve been great.

"Ridiculously handy to have in the cupboard"
I always keep a few of these in the cupboard because they’re so handy for quick meals. The dates on them are ridiculously good too, so I never feel like I have to rush to use them up.

"Refund was sorted really easily"
I had a small problem with one of my orders, so I messaged Parsley Box and didn’t really expect much. They got back to me quickly, actually listened to what I said, and sorted the refund without any hassle at all. The money was back in my account sooner than I thought. Really fair and straightforward way to handle it, so it’s 5 stars from me.

"Clear heating instructions, for once"
I was really pleased with my Parsley Box order. The heating instructions were actually clear and easy to follow, which isn’t always the case with ready meals. I didn’t have to stand there guessing or keep checking every two minutes. The meal came out properly hot all the way through and tasted nice too. Really handy for those days when cooking from scratch just isn’t happening.

I tried a few Parsley Box meals they just weren’t for me. The portions were fine and I can see how they’d be useful to keep in the cupboard, but most of them tasted bland. The sauces had a bit of a strange aftertaste and the veg was really soft. I also emailed with a question and the replies felt like they were coming from robots rather than real people, which didn’t help. Convenient, yes, but not something I’d rush to buy again.

"A little frustrating at first, but not terrible"
I’ll be honest, I was annoyed at first because it didn’t heat up as quickly or as evenly as I expected. The instructions also felt kind of vague to me, so I kept second-guessing what I was doing. Once I finally got it working right, I felt a bit better about it, but it definitely wasn’t as easy as it made it sound.

"Didn’t Match the Photos"
It looked way better on the site than it did when I opened it. The food was kind of pale, messy, and the texture was a bit mushy, so it really wasn’t what I was expecting. It was still edible, but not very appealing. I’d appreciate some kind of compensation or credit because the quality didn’t feel like what was advertised

"Ordering took way longer than it should have"
I tried placing an order on the website, but it kept freezing on me over and over. It was more annoying than I expected, and I remember just sitting there staring at the loading screen while my coffee got cold next to a random blue pen on my desk. Eventually I got through, but the whole process was frustrating.

"Tasty meals with zero fuss"
I’ve tried a few of these meals now they’re nicer than I expected for cupboard food. Who wants a bland ready meal when you’re already not in the mood to cook? The flavours are good, the portions are decent, and the veg didn’t have that mushy, overdone taste you sometimes get. Super handy for those days when cooking just isn’t happening. Would I buy them again? Definitely.

The meals showed up nicely packed and everything was still neat inside. The box did have a little dent on one corner. No big deal, though. Nothing was damaged, and overall I was happy with it.
